A trip to a new place is above all a trip to its typical products. Mamma Laura and her kitchen lead guests to discover the taste and the regional culinary tradition through genuine and simple recipes. The ingredients we use come directly from our garden and are served on the table in a creative and always delicious way. On the menu you will find different courses: from homemade agnolotti, to traditional recipes of the region, up to vegetarian dishes.

Mamma Laura always knows how to surprise our guests, even those who are vegetarians and have food intolerances. We pay close attention to those who have these requests (serving the courses on plates of different colors) since we have cases of intolerances in the family. Dining with us will be a pleasant sensory experience, between colors, tastes and scents of the territory. There is nothing more beautiful than pouring the contents of the baskets of our harvest onto the table: a mix of colors and scents that begin to tickle our imagination right from the start. Mamma Laura is never short of ideas and when she looks at the vegetables on the table she begins to think about the dishes that can arise from the meeting of those colors and flavors. All our courses are accompanied by our own wines, skilfully combined with the courses on the menu.
